Contains a scene borrowed by Kubrick for The Shining..."Here's Johnny!"

This is notable for being one of the first films written and directed by an African American. That aside, this did not seem to me to have much technical merit, nor, contrary to Steven Jay Schneider, was it particularly gripping.
